  • Assist in structuring the entity to optimize tax and regulatory compliance.
Name Reservation and Approval:
  • Help clients with the selection and reservation of a suitable business name.
  • Ensure compliance with the naming guidelines prescribed by the regulatory authorities.
Drafting and Filing of Incorporation Documents:
  • Prepare and file the necessary incorporation documents, including the Memorandum of Association (MOA) and Articles of Association (AOA) for companies, or LLP Agreement for LLPs.
Obtaining Digital Signatures:
  • Assist in obtaining digital signatures for directors and designated partners for the electronic filing of documents.
Director Identification Number (DIN) and Designated Partner Identification Number (DPIN) Registration:
  • Facilitate the registration of DIN for directors and DPIN for designated partners.

  • Facilitate the opening of a bank account and other necessary registrations.
Registered Office Compliance:
  • Provide guidance on maintaining and changing the registered office address as required by law.
Corporate Seal and Stationery:
  • Assist in obtaining a corporate seal and preparing stationery as per legal requirements.
Drafting and Filing of LLP Conversion Documents:
  • If applicable, assist in the conversion of a partnership firm or private company into an LLP.
